Job summary

CarePartners seeks a Senior Data Engineer to lead governance, architecture, and integration of the enterprise data environment. You will drive data quality, security, and accessibility, partnering with clinical and operational teams to enable trusted information for decisions and AI readiness.

The role requires expertise in ETL/ELT, data modeling, and cloud data platforms, with strong communication and leadership to guide cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in data engineering, informatics, or related field.
• 7+ years in data roles including data engineering, analytics engineering, or data warehousing.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases.
• Experience building ETL/ELT pipelines for data warehouses or cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in Python or similar data-processing language.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data Governance framework with ownership, stewardship, quality, access, and lifecycle controls.
• Design and maintain enterprise data platform and warehouse architecture.
• Develop pipelines integrating clinical, financial, operational, HR, and external data.
• Implement data quality measures and monitoring to ensure reliability.
• Collaborate with leaders to enable analytics and AI readiness across the organization.
