Qualifications

• Bilingual in French and English.
• Willing to travel to Mirabel three times a week.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management/coordination in aerospace or engineering.
• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in business administration, commerce or related discipline.
• English is required due to regular interactions with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada.
• Strong initiative, organization and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Professionalism, attention to detail and a solution-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Support project management activities across lifecycle phases, including schedules, budgets, documentation and quality monitoring.
• Assist project managers and team leads in coordinating tasks and tracking progress.
• Participate in planning sessions for multi-functional teams and help roadmap development, prioritization and resource allocation.
• Contribute to project governance with status reports, dashboards, risks and opportunities management, KPIs, and meeting materials.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners.
• Assist in preparing executive presentations and project documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to processes and tools.
