Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional development programs spanning software, electronics, PCB, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, service, and documentation. You will drive governance, KPI tracking, and a PMO-enabled culture across global teams.

Required: 10+ years delivering multidisciplinary hardware and software projects, PMP/PgMP or equivalent, and strong leadership in matrixed environments. CAD/PM tools proficiency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple complex, interconnected product development projects from inception to delivery.
• Manage integrated schedules, budgets, resource allocation, KPIs, and strategic commitments aligned with the product roadmap.
• Build and maintain high-level relationships across engineering, product management, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
• Lead governance forums and steering committees, influencing stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
• Drive Lean/Kaizen continuous improvement and Agile-related practices.
• Advance AI-enabled project management for predictive scheduling, risk identification, and automation.
