Job summary

GE Vernova, Inc. seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead North America Grid Services PM activities. You will ensure project execution aligns with safety, quality, and cost standards while maximizing customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include coordinating with field teams, managing customer communications, and driving PM process improvements to maintain profitability and governance across major projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering or Operations degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering.
• 10 years of project management experience.
• Experience in a matrix organization.
• Languages: French and English.

Responsibilities

• Plan and provide requirements to Field leader to maintain field specialists’ planning.
• PM support to field specialists with 24/7 technical support team.
• Manage communications with customers (meetings, reviews, conference calls).
• Improve PM processes (project preparation, service contracts).
• Ensure profitability of projects per tender budget.
• Review customer PO vs GE offer during transfer meeting to identify risks.
• Enter kick-off meetings with customer to define roles and commitments.
• Issue variation orders and manage communications with customers.
• Ensure availability of equipment and software required.
• Handle administrative tasks related to projects.
• Produce post-mortems and follow project governance.
• Organize monthly project reviews for major projects.
