Job summary

The Top Global Manufacturing Firm seeks a seasoned Program Manager to spearhead multiple initiatives and drive successful delivery across concurrent projects. You will work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders, ensure governance, and maintain the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

The role is a contract hourly engagement with a high likelihood of extension, offering exposure to manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and medical space challenges across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business.
• 5+ years in Program Management, esp. manufacturing/pharma/medical.
• PMP certification.
• Hands-on with PM lifecycle or ITIL/software development/maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple projects concurrently while ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate autonomously to meet project guidelines.

We are engaged by a top global Manufacturing firm who are in need of a seasoned Program Manager for a variety of implementation initiatives. They are looking for a skilled Program Manager to spearhead multiple initiatives and can work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders for contract hourly engagement with high chance of extension.

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead PM duties for multiple projects that are simultaneously happening while maintaining stellar quality and customer satisfaction
  
• Work collaboratively and autonomously to ensure all project guidelines are optimized and met
  
• Spearhead project initiatives with their manufacturing infrastructure team and applications team
  
• Strong customer-facing work and be a great representative for the organization
  

Requirements

Must haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Business
  
• 5+ years in Program Management space, much of which is in manufacturing/pharmaceutical/medical space
  
• Project Management certification (PMP)
  
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project and similar PM tools
  
• Hand-on experience with full PM lifecycle or ITIL/software/development/maintenance
