Job summary

Bally’s Media in Canada is seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager to steer backend video and content delivery systems and align with the consumer roadmap. You will lead strategy for foundational systems powering Bally Sports Live and Stadium across mobile, web, and CTV.

You’ll collaborate with internal consumer product and engineering teams, backend and broadcast engineers, balancing technical systems with user experiences to ship scalable features and monetization opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and executing platform product roadmaps.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Ability to establish and monitor platform KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Define the platform road map across video control, CMS, metadata, APIs serving Bally’s Media.
• Partner with consumer product teams to evolve backend services for new features.
• Collaborate with programming, editors, producers, and broadcast ops to publish and stream content.
• Drive end-to-end product execution using Agile XP with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Work with data and engineering teams to support personalization, analytics and monetization.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for platform health: video quality, latency, adoption.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional teams, articulate strategy, and make decisive calls.
