Job summary

Bally’s Interactive is seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager to drive the evolution of backend video and content delivery systems and to ensure our platform aligns with the consumer roadmap. This role will shape how Bally’s apps integrate with the Bally ecosystem across platforms to deliver a unified experience.

• Experience delivering platform roadmaps across video, content management, metadata and APIs.
• Experience collaborating with consumer product teams and backend engineers.
• Experience driving end-to-end product execution with Agile XP.

Responsibilities

• Define the platform product roadmap across video control systems, content management, metadata, personalization and APIs that serve Bally’s Media apps and keeping backend ahead of frontend.
• Partner with consumer product teams to evolve backend services for new consumer-facing features.
• Collaborate with programming, editors, producers, and broadcast operations to publish, manage and stream live and on-demand content.
• Drive end-to-end product execution with an entrepreneurial, Agile XP mindset to achieve business outcomes and great viewer experiences.
• Work with data and engineering teams to support personalization, analytics and monetization requirements.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for platform health including video quality metrics, latency and feature adoption.
• Provide leadership to cross-functional product teams, articulate strategy, share learnings, make decisions and cultivate collaboration.
