BLAZESOFT in Vaughan, Canada, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own strategic areas across platforms, working with engineering, design, legal and operations to ship features that boost acquisition, retention, and monetization.

This is a high-autonomy, high-accountability role in a full-time in-office setting. You will define problems, build conviction, drive execution, and present structured specs and demos to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years at a senior level.
• Proven track record owning products independently and driving initiatives.
• Experience writing specs for engineering teams that developers read.
• Strong project and timeline management with risk flagging early.
• Excellent written communication and ability to navigate ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap from discovery through delivery and iteration.
• Translate business goals into BRDs, PRDs, and user stories.
• Identify gaps across player journeys including onboarding, payments, and gamification.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release coordination with engineering and QA.
• Drive end-to-end projects with clear timelines and risk management.
• Unblock engineering with clear acceptance criteria and decisions.
• Manage expectations across legal, brand, ops, and leadership.
• Ensure UI/UX quality and partner with design on wireframes.
• Align features with sweepstakes rules and jurisdiction constraints.
