The successful candidate will bring 15+ years in land use planning, expertise in Area Structure Plans, subdivisions, and public engagement; will present to councils, mentor staff, and coordinate with engineers and consultants across

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in land use planning.
• Experience with Alberta municipal planning processes.
• Consulting experience in land development.
• Registration or eligibility as a Professional Planner (APPI).

Responsibilities

• Lead land development and municipal planning projects through approval processes.
• Coordinate internal teams and external consultants for project delivery.
• Prepare engagement materials and plan public engagement activities.
• Present to Councils, committees, and stakeholder groups.
• Mentor junior staff and support business development.
• Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
