Responsibilities

• Create resource-loaded master schedules for multiple projects.
• Conduct portfolio-level integration to align programmes with business and financial targets.
• Perform critical path analysis to evaluate durations, resources, and sequences.
• Carry out schedule risk assessments with mitigation and recovery plans.
• Partner with operations, estimating, legal and project controls to support bids and claims management.
• Lead schedule audits and health checks, standardising methods across projects.
• Advise senior management on resource planning and timing trade-offs.
