Qualifications include a Bachelor's in a related field and professional estimator certification. Extensive experience with estimating software such as Hard Dollar and scheduling tools like Primavera P6 is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Professional certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) or membership in AACE International.

Responsibilities

• Analyze project plans and contract documents to develop cost estimates for pipeline projects.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing using estimating software and databases.
• Lead bid proposals for large-scale pipeline projects ensuring accuracy and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project teams, procurement, and subcontractors to obtain pricing.
• Assess risks and opportunities, including terrain, access, and right-of-way, for cost optimization.
• Review data and market trends to develop unit pricing and cost benchmarks.
• Support value engineering to optimize project costs while maintaining quality.
