Job summary

Surerus Murphy Joint Venture in Calgary is seeking a Senior Scheduler, Pipelines to review multiple project and bid schedules, provide scheduling support and coordinate plans from proposal to delivery including data analysis and client reporting.

You will maintain the P6 database, prepare routine management reports, liaise with estimating and project teams, and ensure schedules align with baselines while tracking progress in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in a project planning role, preferably in oil and gas pipeline construction.
• Hands-on experience using Primavera P6 (required) and Tilos (preferred).
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
• Experience with TILOS time-location planning software is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex construction and front-end planning schedules, fully resource loaded.
• Liaise with project teams on award of a project to produce compliant baseline schedules.
• Consult scheduling procedures and ensure proper scheduling processes are followed.
• Maintain the P6 database and report on schedule progress and impacts.
• Provide routine reports to management regarding proposal and project scheduling activities.
