Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Investment Funds in Canada (IFC) accreditation or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
• Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA) within 6 months of start date.
• Licensing requirements with CIRO for mutual fund licensing, including background checks.

Responsibilities

• Create a consistent and exceptional customer experience in the branch with a focus on home borrowing advice.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending products and TDCT offerings.
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover customer needs and connect them to appropriate solutions.
• Provide ongoing advice to improve customer financial confidence and outcomes.
• Act as a subject matter expert for TD personal and business banking products and policies.
