Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC accreditation within 90 days of start date (or equivalent).
• CFSA accreditation within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Create a consistent and exceptional customer experience in the branch with a focus on home borrowing.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending products and TDCT offerings.
• Ask questions to uncover customer needs and bring in experts as needed.
• Provide advisory support to improve customer financial confidence and outcomes.
• Maintain branch spaces in line with policies and present a professional environment.
• Proactively engage in community outreach to discuss portfolio updates and opportunities.
