Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree (in related field) preferred.
• 2+ years relevant experience.
• Investment Funds Canada (IFC) or equivalent.
• Certificate in Financial Services Advice (CFSA).

Responsibilities

• Create a consistent and exceptional customer experience in the branch, with focus on home borrowing advice and experiences.
• Ask thoughtful questions to uncover customer needs and bring in experts for needs outside of capability.
• Improve customer financial confidence through ongoing dialogue and by providing advice.
• Maintain knowledge of local market, TD products, and align recommendations with customer goals.
• Proactively outreach to discuss portfolio updates and opportunities; participate in community engagement.
