Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• IFC accreditation or equivalent within 90 days of start date.
• CFSA within 6 months of start date.
• IFC accreditation or equivalent within 90 days for external candidates.
• CFSA within 6 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Create an exceptional customer experience in the branch with home borrowing focus.
• Display deep knowledge of Real Estate Secured Lending products and related TD services.
• Ask questions to uncover customer needs and own solutions or bring in experts as needed.
• Provide ongoing advice to improve customer financial confidence.
• Be a branch subject matter expert on TD personal and business banking products and policies.
