Located in Mississauga, ON, BoomerangFX seeks a Senior Google Ads and Facebook Ads Specialist with 5+ years of Paid Ads experience, active Google Certification(s), and some experience with Bing Ads and TikTok ad platforms, with an interest in the cosmetic surgery industry. This is a permanent role with growth opportunities as the company expands.

WHAT YOU OFFER

• Experience managing Google Ads, automated bidding, ML/AI, tracking, reporting, and tactics for improvement.
• 5+ years of Google Ads management, with expertise in Facebook and Remarketing, preferably in lead generation rather than e-commerce, with proven results such as reducing CPL by 50% or increasing conversion rates by 25%.
• Account management experience with timely proactive communication.
• Experience with A/B testing is required.
• Proven success using Facebook ads for B2C in healthcare is a plus.
• Experience with programmatic ad placements or brand campaigns is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and tasks.
• Knowledge of the cosmetic industry.
• Ability to create and optimize digital assets like text, responsive display, and video ads.
• Success in driving quality B2C traffic, increasing consumer interest, and revenue growth.
• Ability to manage multiple clients across platforms within budgets.
• Basic understanding of online medical policies, copyright, and privacy laws.
