Job summary

Source Code is seeking a Senior Project Manager/Leader for a 10-month, on-site engagement in Toronto. The role requires senior functional leadership in PeopleSoft HCM, with emphasis on HR/payroll processes and OPS integration points. Lead cross-functional teams through design, configuration, and testing across the project lifecycle.

The candidate will oversee testing cycles, QA practices, and implementation of UI and tool upgrades, ensuring efficiency and accurate delivery for the client.

Qualifications

• Senior functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM and HR/payroll domains.
• Experience leading functional teams through design, configuration and testing.
• Strong QA leadership including defect tracking and testing cycles.
• Knowledge of OPS/Ontario Public Service HR/Payroll environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior functional expertise and project leadership for the design and delivery of the project.
• Lead analysis, design and configuration of PeopleSoft HCM modules.
• Coordinate testing phases: functional tests, system integration, payroll parallel testing.
• Guide QA processes and defect management across OPS and client resources.
