Job summary

A.T. Consulting & Recruiting Inc. seeks a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Functional Lead to guide analysis, design and configuration for the OPS HR/Payroll system, including QA leadership across testing and integrations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure efficient delivery, and apply expert HCM knowledge to meet project goals.

Responsibilities cover design, configuration, testing, and stakeholder advisory roles, with emphasis on advanced PeopleSoft HCM modules and upgrade activities.

Qualifications

• Must have senior PeopleSoft HCM functional expertise and project leadership.
• Experience leading functional teams through analysis, design and configuration.
• Proven QA leadership including testing and defect handling.
• Strong HR/Payroll knowledge related to Oracle PeopleSoft 9.2+ HCM with integrations.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior functional expertise, project leadership and coordination of activities in the functional design and delivery of the project.
• Provide functional advice to clients and team leveraging PeopleSoft HCM knowledge to meet goals and ensure efficiency.
• Lead analysis, design and configuration of OPS enterprise HR/Payroll system.
• Analyze and prioritize issues; advise on resolutions and improvements.
• Lead QA activities including functional tests, system integration and payroll parallel testing.
• Oversee testing quality and defect tracking; coordinate OPS and Fee-for-service resources.
• Provide senior technical expertise in testing OPS enterprise HR/Payroll system with PUM/Tools upgrades.
