Job summary

isgSearch is seeking a Project Manager/Leader for PeopleSoft HCM to drive large, high-profile ERP initiatives. You will ensure deliverables align with business needs, scope, and budget while optimizing costs and efficiency.

The role demands hands-on leadership of complex projects, with emphasis on PeopleSoft HCM, UI upgrades, and cloud/DB environments in a public sector context.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading PeopleSoft HCM or similar HRIS projects.
• Led multiple large ERP initiatives ($5M+) from inception to close.
• Deep expertise in PeopleSoft HCM applications and upgrades.
• Implemented PeopleSoft Fluid/Classic Plus UI and related tooling.
• Experience on Azure with RHEL/Windows and Oracle DB.
• Strong ability to plan, forecast costs and report variances.
• Gathered requirements to build detailed schedules and plans.
• Public sector project experience highly desirable.

Project Manager/Leader - PeopleSoft HCM

Provides project management on large scale, complex, high profile and high risk projects. Ensures project deliverables meet clients' business requirements on time, scope and budget, with a focus on cost-effectiveness, efficiencies and compliance with project management methodologies and frameworks.

Must Have Skills:

• Extensive experience as Project Manager working with PeopleSoft related projects or other HCM projects.


• A hands on project manager who has lead multiple large ERP ($5M+) projects.


• Significant expertise and experience in PeopleSoft HCM application


• Implementation of PeopleSoft Fluid and Classic Plus user interfaces, including experience implementing PeopleTools and PUM upgrades


• Experience working on Microsoft Azure cloud platform with RHEL/Windows OS and Oracle Database.


• Leads organizational development, strategy development, business planning.


• Prior Public Sector experiance is a must.


• Gathers and develops requirements in order to create and maintain a detailed project schedule and/or integrated plan


• Ability to monitor and forecast project costs and provide reporting and input to ensure targets are met


• Experience developing and managing project schedules, deliverables, and scope.
