Strategic internal consultant with ability to resolve complex issues creatively.
Advanced change management capabilities driving organizational initiatives.
Strong business acumen and ability to influence leadership decisions.
Excellent communication and active listening to guide leaders.

Responsibilities

Lead organizational alignment and change management for client groups.
Deploy talent management frameworks including succession planning and skills development.
Act as a dedicated executive coach and strategic advisor to senior managers.
Identify org design opportunities and guide design decisions.
Partner with line managers to enable growth and high-performing teams.
