Job summary

Astra-North Infoteck Inc. is seeking a Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) to lead production support and case management initiatives on the Pega Platform.

You will work in application operations, troubleshooting production issues and driving root-cause analyses across complex integrations. Responsibilities include incident, problem, and change management, deployment coordination, and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of IT experience with Pega Platform projects.
• CSSA certification is mandatory.
• Experience in application operations and production support environments.
• Hands-on experience with incident, problem, and change management.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture and case management.
• Experience with deployments and release management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Eligible for security clearance/background verification.

Responsibilities

• Provide application operations and production support for Pega Platform projects.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
