Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting production issues and performing RCA.
• Understanding of deployment and release management processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support for enterprise Pega applications and ensure high availability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within defined SLA timelines.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions.
• Support application deployments, releases and environment management activities.
• Manage incidents, problems and change requests per ITIL best practices.
• Monitor application performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, QA and business teams for stability.
• Support Pega case management, integrations, and business process implementations.
