Responsibilities

• Process multi-provincial Canadian payrolls accurately and on time.
• Act as the first point of escalation for payroll issues.
• Process voids and tax overrides as needed.
• Input payroll data and prepare payroll runs within our payroll software.
• Collaborate with the Payroll Manager on special projects and process improvements.
• Apply Canadian payroll laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to resolve issues.

You'll be processing payroll for our growing client base, acting as the first point of escalation for payroll issues, and working closely with the Payroll Manager on special projects. • Processing multi-provincial Canadian payroll accurately and on time for a growing client base
• Acting as the first point of escalation — troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues raised by clients
• Processing voids and tax overrides as needed
• Inputting payroll data and preparing payroll runs within our payroll software
• Collaborating with the Payroll Manager on special projects and process improvements
• Applying Canadian payroll laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure full compliance
• Working cross-functionally with other departments to find resolutions when needed
