Job summary

Intello Technologies Inc. is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead national payroll operations across Canada for 25,000+ employees. You will drive biweekly and monthly payroll, ensure compliance, and manage a payroll team.

The role requires 7–10+ years of experience, CPA CPM CPM and SAP experience, and bilingual English/French capabilities. This position offers hybrid in-office/remote work and a strong total rewards package.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of progressive payroll management experience in large-scale, multi-province Canadian organizations supporting 20,000+ employees.
• Deep hands-on experience with enterprise HRIS/payroll systems (SAP Payroll / SAP SuccessFactors ECP) and advanced MS Excel capabilities.
• CPA designation or equivalent; payroll certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle biweekly and monthly payroll processing for 25,000 salaried and hourly team members across Canada.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll calculations, deductions, and benefits.
• Oversee year-end processing including T4/T4A and RL-1 preparation and filings.
• Ensure compliance with federal/provincial payroll legislation and CRA/MRQ guidelines.
• Lead and develop a payroll team; manage vendor relationships and audits.
