Job summary

Push Operations is hiring a remote-friendly Project Manager in Canada to guide onboarding and implementation for our SaaS platform. You will coordinate with customers and internal teams, lead meetings, and drive projects to successful completion.

Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail are essential, as is experience with Salesforce and the Microsoft Office suite. This role supports a remote-first culture with optional Vancouver office access.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of project management or implementation experience.
  • 1-2 years of previous US Payroll experience.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Highly proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing tasks.
  • Comfortable leading meetings and communicating with external customers via google meet and phone.
  • Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and drive resolution in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled at using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce

Canada - Pacific Time Zone - Remote, Full-time,

We are a remote-first company, Pushies can choose to work remotely or from our Downtown Vancouver office.

We are considering eligible candidates for this role from any location across Canada.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of project management or implementation experience.
  • 1 - 2 years of previous US Payroll experience
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.

Bonus Skills and Qualifications

  • Previous SaaS or start up experience
  • Previous experience in client onboarding or implementation projects.
  • Previous experience with project management tools such as OnRamp, Rocketlane, Asana
