The role focuses on resolving user-reported issues, delivering training, and maintaining district server resources to ensure smooth project delivery. The suitable candidate will have a high school diploma, a bachelor’s or associate degree in computer technology, and at least 5 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Resolves user-reported problems using available tools and following procedures and policies for handling support cases.
• District jobsite setup and turndown, including remote support.
• Creates and delivers technical training and other knowledge resources.
• Administers and monitors district office and construction site server resources and technology solutions to ensure optimal operation, and responds to issues.
• Accurate and timely logging of problems and resolutions to problems in problem-management database.
• Assists other team members with technical issues.
• Actively seeks out issues, problems, and opportunities, and creates solutions.
• Solicits feedback from operational project teams to identify innovations, challenges, and issues.
• Provides implementation support on corporate and regional initiatives.
