As a valued member of our team, reporting directly to the Payroll and Benefits Supervisor, you will collaborate closely with a dynamic group of payroll administrators and human resources professionals.

What You’ll Do
You’ll act with integrity to:
- Provide integrated services for the calculation and processing of payroll, benefits, pension, pension adjustment, and attendance for an assigned client group following statutory, systems, policies and administrative requirements.
- Ensure efficient delivery, update, and maintain benefit information
- Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and coordinate with external vendors
- Administer LTIP, handle third-party reporting, and T4/T4A reproduction
You’ll support our collaboration as you:
- Verify and process employee changes (hires, leaves, terminations, benefits, pensions).
- Calculate salaries, severances, over/underpayments, and pension contributions.
- Maintain accurate records of absences, entitlements, and year-end carry-overs.
- Support benefit and pension administration, including LTIP and buybacks.
- Reconcile and produce reports for third-party vendors and assist with T4/T4A processes.
- Liaise with HR and external agencies to resolve payroll and benefits inquiries.
- Maintain employee files and ensure data confidentiality.
- Complete Records of Employment and perform related administrative tasks.
How You Qualify
You demonstrate excellence through your:
- 1–2 years of payroll/benefits/pension experience
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and collective agreements
- Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Excel/Word
- Understanding of payroll year-end and general ledger processes
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality
