Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager to lead marketing for a strategic partnership, owning the P&L and guiding a small team across multiple channels. You will shape strategy, influence partnership direction, and drive measurable business impact through data-driven decision making.

You will collaborate with partner marketing leadership, regional teams, and Agoda's commercial/product groups to align marketing with business goals and revenue targets.

Formación

• Analytical & Technical Skills required for data-driven decision making.
• SQL proficiency for daily analysis and complex joins.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
• Experience with experimentation design and statistical analysis is a plus.
• 5+ years of leadership in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (PPC, metasearch, app marketing, or SEO).

Responsabilidades

• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership.
• Set team priorities and OKRs aligned to partnership goals.
• Lead large, multi-workstream initiatives end-to-end.
• Guide channel strategies and ensure execution excellence.
• Present quarterly business reviews to Agoda leadership (Director/VP level).
• Partner with Agoda's commercial and product teams on partnership optimization.
