Job description

We are currently seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Specialist to join our GTM Enablement team in Vancouver, Calgary or Toronto.

What your team does:

GTM Enablement supports the revenue organization with tools, technology, content, training, processes, and support to meet revenue targets. Partner Enablement is a core revenue-driving function supporting our channel partners with onboarding, continuous learning, content, and key services.

Who you are:

You will build upon our Partner Enablement function at Clio, defining strategy, designing, and executing sales and technical enablement programs for our global partners. This role ensures partners have the knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve meaningful outcomes for customers and business results.

We seek someone experienced in building, scaling, and measuring partner enablement programs, problem-solving, and using data to demonstrate impact. You should thrive in a fast-paced, growth environment and be prepared to run Partner Enablement as your own business.

What you'll work on:
  • Design and implement a scalable partner enablement strategy aligned with Clio's goals and partner needs.
  • Develop and deliver enablement programs, resources, and tools, including certifications, training, content, and communications.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to align initiatives with priorities.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and impact, using a data-driven approach and feedback loops.
  • Remain agile and adaptable to market shifts and partner needs, employing a creative problem-solving mindset.
  • Stay updated on channel sales and enablement best practices, seeking innovative solutions to improve partner experiences.
  • Support GTM Enablement initiatives as needed.
What you bring:
  • 3+ years of experience in Partner or Channel Enablement.
  • Experience with mid-market and enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute global partner enablement strategies.
  • Project management skills from conception to completion.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative, creative, and accountable approach.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, ambiguity, and change effectively.
  • Strategic, conceptual, and decision-making skills.
  • An innovative mindset, always seeking improvement.

The full salary range for this role is $97,700 to $115,000 to $132,300 CAD, with variations based on location and performance.
