Summary: We are seeking a Senior Partner Enablement Specialist to join our GTM Enablement team in Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto.

What your team does: GTM Enablement supports the revenue organization with tools, technology, content, training, processes, and support to meet revenue targets. Partner Enablement is a core revenue-driving function supporting channel partners with onboarding, continuous learning, content, and other key services.

Who you are: You will help define, design, and execute sales and technical enablement programs for our global partners, ensuring they have the knowledge, skills, and tools to drive outcomes for customers and business results. You should have experience building, scaling, and measuring partner enablement programs, be data-driven, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be entrepreneurial in managing Partner Enablement.

What you’ll work on:

  • Design and implement scalable partner enablement strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Develop and deliver enablement programs, resources, and tools including certifications, training, content, and communications.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
  • Define and track KPIs to measure program effectiveness and impact.
  • Stay adaptable to market shifts, partner needs, and priorities.
  • Stay current with channel sales and enablement best practices, seeking innovative solutions.
  • Support GTM Enablement initiatives as needed.

What you bring:

  • 3+ years in Partner or Channel Enablement, preferably in SaaS.
  • Instructional design experience is a plus.
  • Experience with mid-market and enterprise SaaS companies.
  • Experience developing global partner enablement strategies.
  • Strong project management, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Collaborative, creative, accountable, and able to manage deadlines and ambiguity.
  • Strategic and decision-making skills; innovative mindset.
