Job summary

Invesco Real Estate is seeking a Senior IAM Analyst to join Global Security. You will support Privileged Access Management, drive controls, and collaborate with risk, audit, and technology teams to reduce privilege risks.

The role requires strong IAM knowledge, experience with SailPoint, CyberArk, and cloud platforms, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a global environment. Hybrid work options available in PEI, Canada.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of IAM and PAM security concepts.
• Experience with access provisioning, lifecycle management, RBAC/ABAC.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
• Project management experience using PM methods and tools.
• Ability to work independently and remotely with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior representative on the IAM Governance Team and mentor others.
• Own IAM workstreams end-to-end and report progress to PAM groups.
• Lead design discussions for privileged identity policies and controls.
• Maintain PAM processes and documentation in the repository.
• Enforce IAM/PAM policies and coordinate remediation with teams.
• Lead IAM/PAM metrics, reporting, and audits with internal/external teams.
