Job summary

Red Clay Consulting is seeking a Techno-Functional Senior Consultant to lead Oracle Utilities CCS/CC&B/MDM implementations and enhancements. You will collaborate with the lead and project manager to refine backlog, adopt client SDLC, and deliver prioritized changes.

The role requires hands-on design, development, testing, and knowledge transfer to client IT teams, with guidance on best practices and product features. Strong SQL and Java/JavaScript skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing or supporting Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS in a consulting or services capacity.
• Utility industry experience is required.
• Strong product knowledge of Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCS including design, configuration and enhancements.
• Proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
• Solid SQL skills for data queries and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a Techno-Functional Senior Consultant for Oracle Utilities CCS/CC&B/MDM solution components.
• Collaborate with Red Clay Lead and Project Manager to refine backlog and prioritize enhancements.
• Adopt client iterative SDLC for Oracle Utilities enhancements; design, develop, test and deliver prioritized changes.
• Define and execute test scenarios and test cases with client teams.
• Liaise between client IT and business teams to gather requirements and propose solutions.
• Provide guidance and knowledge transfer to client IT resources to enable internal development of enhancements.
• Advise on technical best practices and product features; support troubleshooting and defect resolution.
• Support evolution of Red Clay’s delivery methodology through feedback from projects.
