Job summary

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Customer Care and Billing Tech Consultant to contribute across the consulting life cycle—from problem definition to solution delivery. You will be involved in development, configuration and deployment of the overall CC&B solution.

You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to proposal development, client training and internal capability building. Travel to client locations may be required, preferably near Mississauga.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent; 3 years of progressive experience may substitute education.
• At least 7 years of IT experience.
• Authorized to work in Canada without employer sponsorship; relocation to Mississauga possible.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of the consulting life cycle; define problems and propose solutions.
• Develop, configure and deploy end-to-end Oracle CC&B-based solutions.
• Guide project teams on processes, deliverables, and client training; assist in scope definition and proposals.
