Responsibilities

• Administer OCI tenancies, compartments, policies, groups, dynamic groups, users, federation, and IAM controls.
• Provision, configure, and support OCI compute, block volume, object storage, file storage, load balancers, DNS, certificates.
• Configure OCI networking: VCNs, subnets, route tables, security lists, NSGs, DRGs, gateways, NAT, VPN, FastConnect.
• Monitor OCI with Monitoring, Logging, Events, Alarms, Notifications and dashboards; respond to incidents.
• Support backup, patching, capacity management, cost optimization, tagging standards, and compliance.
• Coordinate with database, middleware, application, security, and network teams for issues/releases.
• Create and maintain runbooks, SOPs, diagrams, docs, and knowledge base.
• Support automation via Terraform, OCI CLI, scripts and similar tooling.

Infosys is seeking an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Administrator with strong hands-on experience in administering, securing, monitoring, and supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure environments. The position will primarily be responsible for managing OCI tenancy administration, identity and access management, networking, compute, storage, database connectivity, backup, monitoring, incident resolution, and operational support based on customer requirements. The selected candidate should be able to provision and maintain OCI resources, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, support high availability and disaster recovery configurations, and work with application, database, security, and network teams to ensure reliable cloud operations.

Required Qualifications

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga , Canada or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 11 years of Information Technology experience.

Required skills:

• 10+ years of Information Technology experience, including 5+ years hands-on cloud infrastructure administration experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure core services such as IAM, networking, compute, storage, load balancing, monitoring, logging, and security controls.
• Experience administering Linux and/or Windows server environments hosted on cloud infrastructure.
• Experience troubleshooting cloud networking, connectivity, access, performance, availability, and operational incidents.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams, business stakeholders, customer process owners, and management teams.

• Administer OCI tenancies, compartments, policies, groups, dynamic groups, users, federation, and IAM controls aligned to customer security standards.
• Provision, configure, and support OCI compute, block volume, object storage, file storage, load balancers, DNS, certificates, and related infrastructure services.
• Configure and support OCI networking components including VCNs, subnets, route tables, security lists, NSGs, DRGs, service gateways, NAT gateways, VPN, and FastConnect connectivity.
• Monitor OCI environments using OCI Monitoring, Logging, Events, Alarms, Notifications, and operational dashboards; respond to incidents and service alerts.
• Support backup, recovery, patching coordination, capacity management, cost optimization, tagging standards, and operational compliance activities.
• Work with Oracle database, middleware, application, security, and network teams to troubleshoot cloud infrastructure issues and coordinate releases or planned maintenance.
• Create and maintain operational runbooks, standard operating procedures, architecture diagrams, configuration documentation, and knowledge base articles.
• Support automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives using Terraform, OCI CLI, scripts, or comparable automation frameworks where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure certification such as OCI Foundations Associate, OCI Architect Associate, OCI Operations Professional, OCI Security Professional, or equivalent practical experience.
• Working experience with Canada public sector/
• Experience working in a Global Delivery model and managing or coordinating small technical teams would be a plus.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:Ontario- 105007 to $ 123375
