Qualifications

• 15+ years IT and utility industry experience.
• 8+ years Oracle Utilities CC&B/CCNB functional consulting.
• Proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle Oracle CC&B implementations.
• Strong experience leading requirements workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
• Extensive experience in business process redesign, fit-gap analysis, and solution definition.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare phases.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior business leaders, executives, product owners and process owners to understand objectives.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and business process assessments.
• Lead business process transformation initiatives and recommend industry best practices.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders and project delivery teams.
• Present solution recommendations, project updates, and key decisions to leadership.
