Job summary

Apps Associates LLC seeks a Program Manager to oversee large technology implementation programs with multiple sub-projects. The role involves collaboration with the PMO on internal initiatives to grow the practice and reports to the Practice Director within the PMO.

The position requires extensive program management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work across waterfall, agile, and hybrid environments, including remote and on-site engagements.

Qualifications

• BS/BBA with 16-18 years of experience
• MS/MBA with 14+ years expected
• 5+ years of Program Management experience with programs of $7M+ annual revenue
• 10+ years of consulting experience in senior PM or program manager roles
• Lead a minimum of twelve full life-cycle implementations as PM/Program Manager
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong time management, organization, and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams)
• Understanding of cloud software development lifecycle across waterfall, agile, and hybrid
• Ability to lead multi-pillar, multi-project programs
• Ability to communicate effectively with C-Suite stakeholders
• Effective risk management and escalation practices

Responsibilities

• Manage large technology implementation programs with multiple sub-projects
• Collaborate with Apps Associates PMO on internal initiatives to grow the practice
• Work closely with senior leadership and stakeholders
• Communicate project status, risks, and milestones to C-Suite stakeholders
• Occasional on-site/customer-facing work in line with project phase requirements
