Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in business process improvement or senior consulting roles.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CPA, CFA, PMP or Change Management certifications preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and participate in cross‑functional process improvement projects.

• Lead end‑to‑end process improvement initiatives from diagnostics to implementation.
• Create high‑quality client deliverables and strategic roadmaps for transformation.
• Translate operational data into executive stories and business cases for C‑suite audiences.

• Design and run workshops, map processes, and develop actionable roadmaps.
