AtkinsRéalis in Mississauga is seeking a Specialist Engineer - Process to lead NSP system design for CANDU plants, providing technical solutions and mentorship to a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires PE Ontario, 20+ years in CANDU process-system design, thermo-hydraulic analysis, and fluency with CSA/ASME standards; you will interface with stakeholders and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

Registered Professional Engineer in Ontario.
Engineering degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear Engineering or Engineering Science.
20+ years of experience with 10+ years leading teams in CANDU process-system design.
Experience with heat balance and thermalhydraulic evaluations.
Knowledge of CSA/ASME codes and REGDOC-2.5.2.
Site construction/commissioning experience is an asset.

Aufgaben

Lead technical activities and provide design solutions for NSP process systems.
Act as authority for NSP systems; provide supervision and leadership to the team.
Perform thermalhydraulic evaluations on complex systems.
Prepare and review design documents and attend site visits.
Ensure applicable codes, standards and regulatory requirements are met.
