Job summary

Bell is seeking a Senior Specialist, Networking & Connectivity to lead strategy, design, and operation of AI Fabric networking across Bell's data centres. You will own end-to-end delivery of high-density, low-latency networks supporting AI workloads and GPU clusters.

You’ll collaborate with Engineering, Security, and Carrier teams to define spine-leaf architectures, manage cross-connects, and partner with Bell’s national fibre network to scale capacity while ensuring security and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or computer science.
• 7+ years in network engineering and operations.
• 5+ years in mission-critical environments.
• Experience designing and operating large-scale data centre networks.
• Experience with high-density compute, AI, cloud, or hyperscale environments.
• Experience with carrier networks, fibre infrastructure, WAN services.
• Experience across multiple sites and distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Fabric network strategy and technology roadmap.
• Develop scalable designs for high-density AI/HPC workloads with resiliency, latency, and security.
• Review and approve networking designs for new facilities.
• Own connectivity standards across AI Fabric locations and cross-connect infrastructure.
• Coordinate integration with Bell’s national fibre infrastructure.
• Provide technical leadership for network operations and incident response.
• Review customer networking requirements and provide technical guidance.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to meet security and compliance requirements.
• Lead technical reviews with Bell Networking teams and vendors.
