Job summary

Bell is seeking a Senior Specialist, Networking & Connectivity to own end‑to‑end networking across the AI Fabric data centre portfolio. You will lead architecture, design, and operations for high‑density AI workloads, inter‑site connectivity, and integration with Bell's national fibre network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or CS field.
• 7+ years in network engineering and operations.
• 5+ years supporting mission‑critical environments.
• Experience designing and operating large‑scale data centre networks.
• Experience with high‑density AI, cloud, or hyperscale environments.
• Experience with carrier networks, fibre, WAN services.
• Experience across multiple sites and distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Fabric network strategy and roadmap, setting data centre standards.
• Design scalable networks for high‑density AI/HPC workloads with resiliency and security.
• Review designs for new facilities and advise during site design and construction.
• Own connectivity standards across locations and inter‑facility links.
• Coordinate with Bell’s fibre network and plan capacity growth.
• Provide technical leadership for operations, incident response and capacity.
• Guide customer networking requirements for deployments.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity for security, segmentation and monitoring.
• Lead reviews with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and carriers.
