Job summary

Bell is seeking a Senior Specialist, Networking & Connectivity to lead strategy, design, implementation, and operation of AI Fabric network infrastructure across Bell’s AI-focused data centres. You will own end-to-end delivery, ensure high availability, low latency, and security for dense AI workloads, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, and Carrier teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 7+ years in network engineering.
• Experience designing/operating large-scale data centre networks and AI/HPC workloads.
• Collaborates across teams, carriers, and vendors to deliver secure, low-latency networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Fabric network strategy and technology roadmap.
• Define data centre spine-leaf, WAN, and inter-site connectivity standards.
• Review and approve network designs for new facilities and during site development.
• Own carrier entries, cross-connects, meet-me rooms, and inter-facility links.
• Coordinate with Bell’s fibre infrastructure for future capacity growth.
• Provide leadership for network operations, incident response, and capacity management.
• Guide customer connectivity and AI/HPC deployments with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity to meet security and compliance requirements.
