Job summary

Bell AI Fabric seeks a Senior Manager, Health, Safety & Environment to lead national HSE programs across AI data centre campuses in Canada. You’ll shape strategy, governance, and risk management, partnering with Security, Operations, and Engineering to protect people and critical infrastructure.

This role drives incident investigations, regulatory compliance, contractor safety, emergency preparedness, and environmental stewardship while building a high‑performing national team and reporting to

Qualifications

• University degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record leading multi-site HSE programs in complex operations.
• Strong knowledge of occupational safety, environmental compliance, emergency preparedness, incident management, and contractor safety governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the health, safety, and environmental strategy for Bell AI Fabric's national data centre portfolio.
• Develop and maintain enterprise HSE standards, policies, procedures, and governance programs.
• Oversee operational safety programs including: Permit-to-Work, Lockout/Tagout, Electrical safety, Confined space, Hot work, Heights, Lifting, Contractor safety.
