Real Time Networks is seeking a Senior Network Technician based in Milton, Ontario. The role includes leading onsite installations, configuring network infrastructure and cloud-hosted solutions, and delivering end-user training across the GTA and North America.

You will provide Tier 2/3 support, contribute to SOPs and training materials, and require travel up to 75% to client sites in Canada and the United States. CN/US travel, certification preferred.

Qualifikationen

Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, the Senior Network Technician is a pivotal technical role within the Real Time Networks delivery and support organization. Based in Milton, Ontario and travelling across the GTA and throughout North America 50%-75% of the time, this role leads complex onsite installations, network configurations, and system assemblies for AssetTracer intelligent locker systems and KeyTracer key management solutions, while providing senior-level Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support.

Responsibilities include planning and deploying network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, VPN, VLANs, DNS, DHCP, firewalls), leading physical hardware installation and commissioning at customer sites across Canada and the United States, configuring software including SSL, SSO, API integrations and cloud-hosted solutions, delivering technical training to end-users and administrators, and contributing to knowledge base articles, SOPs, and internal training materials.

CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent networking certification required. Post-secondary degree or diploma in IT, Computer Networking, Electronics, or a related field. Legally entitled to work in Canada. Valid passport and clean driving record required.
