Job summary

Sienna Senior Living in Markham is seeking a seasoned Manager, Network and Security to lead our enterprise network and Fortinet security architecture. You will direct architecture, deployments, and lifecycle management for a broad security stack spanning Fortinet devices and Azure networking across multiple locations.

You’ll guide a team of network and security professionals, align with Cybersecurity and Operations, and manage budgets, vendors, and strategic initiatives to maintain reliable,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, computer engineering or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive networking and security experience.
• Fortinet NSE certification or equivalent.
• Experience with Azure networking and hybrid cloud connectivity.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a network or security function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of the Fortinet security ecosystem across multiple locations.
• Lead a team of network and security professionals and coordinate with Cybersecurity, Cloud, and Operations leadership.
• Manage budget, vendor relationships, and resource allocation to minimize disruption.
• Develop network governance, runbooks, and disaster recovery planning.
• Serve as escalation point for complex incidents and ensure secure hybrid connectivity.
