Job summary

Sienna Senior Living seeks a Manager, Network and Security to lead the enterprise network and security infrastructure across Ontario locations. You will own architecture, deployment, and lifecycle management of Fortinet security platforms and Azure cloud networking, ensuring high availability and security.

You will guide a team, manage budgets and vendors, and coordinate with Cybersecurity and Operations leadership to align network with enterprise security strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive networking and security experience.
• Fortinet NSE certification and CISSP/CySA+ or equivalent.
• Experience with Fortinet Security Fabric and Azure networking.

Responsibilities

• Oversee enterprise network and security architecture across multiple locations.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and budget/vendor management for network security.
• Develop standards, runbooks, and disaster recovery plans.
• Serve as escalation point for incidents and coordinate security initiatives.
