Job summary

Health Shared Services is seeking a Senior Network Analyst to support and secure the organization’s enterprise network. You will administer firewalls, VPNs, DNS security, and other security controls, while leading initiatives to improve availability and performance.

The role requires seven years in a large enterprise IT environment, strong TCP/IP, routing, SD-WAN, and incident response skills, plus Fortinet, Citrix NetScaler, Infoblox, and NAC experience.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Information Technology, CS, or related discipline.
• 7+ years in a large enterprise IT environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of enterprise firewalls and network security.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching, SD-WAN, VPNs, DNS, and network security principles.
• Demonstrated troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure enterprise network infrastructure and security controls.
• Administer firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, NDR, and DNS security solutions.
• Investigate security incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate remediation.
• Plan and implement firewall upgrades, patches, migrations, and configuration changes.
• Mentor colleagues and serve as escalation point for complex issues.
• Participate in rotational on-call schedule.
