Job summary

Arctiq is seeking a seasoned Network Analyst to support LAN/WAN infrastructure for a major client in Saskatchewan. You will design, implement, and optimize enterprise networks supporting corporate and SCADA systems, with hands-on responsibilities in security, routing, and cloud integrations.

This role requires 5+ years of experience, deep knowledge of Spine/Leaf data center designs, and proficiency across Cisco and Fortinet platforms, including Azure and OCI."

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of recent, hands-on experience in network administration, analysis, and design/architecture.
• Demonstrated expertise in Spine and Leaf data center networks using VXLAN with BGP EVPN.
• Experience designing and maintaining routing protocols including BGP, EIGRP and OSPF.
• Cisco networking equipment across switches/routers; familiarity with IOS, IOS-XE, NX-OS.
• Fortinet switches, firewalls, access points, and FortiManager/ FortiAnalyzer/ FortiNAC.
• Azure networking: VNets, peering, route tables, Front Door, WAF, NSGs; OCI experience.
• Load balancers and web application firewall configuration and management.
• Strong network security practices and enterprise integration of on-prem and cloud.
• Experience with ITIL and Change Management; exposure to SCADA networks.

Responsibilities

• Administer, implement, troubleshoot, and document the enterprise network with thorough records.
• Develop strategic plans for network device evolution aligned to business needs.
• Provide expert-level support, administration, and engineering for client network devices.
• Monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, ensure high availability.
• Manage disaster recovery planning, implementation, and testing.
• Collaborate with corporate and field teams to address technology concerns.
• Update network equipment per company protocols for ongoing security.
• Maintain change control and communication with stakeholders.
• Stay current with networking technologies and industry developments.
• Contribute to team goals and drive scalable network solutions across projects.
• Represent Digital Technology & Security in line with department objectives.
