Job summary

Metro Supply Chain is seeking a Network Support Analyst to maintain and improve our enterprise network across offices, warehouses, data centers, and remote sites in North America. You will work hands-on with Fortinet, Cisco, and Aruba technologies to ensure secure, reliable connectivity.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in network administration, strong documentation habits, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams to deliver network projects on time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on network administration experience.
• Experience with multi-site enterprise networks and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize enterprise network infrastructure across sites.
• Administer Fortinet firewalls, SD-WAN, VPN, and security policies.
• Configure Cisco and Aruba switching, routing, and wireless networks.
• Diagnose incidents and resolve outages per SLAs.
• Plan and support network upgrades and site deployments.
• Maintain network documentation and runbooks.
