Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking a Municipal Engineering Project Manager to join our Water Wastewater or Linear Municipal Infrastructure teams. The role is based in one of our offices in Winnipeg, Fredericton, Saint John, or Halifax with flexible hours and hybrid work options.

You will lead design, coordinate cross‑disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and contribute to growth through proposals and qualifications.

Qualifications

• Licensed Professional Engineer or eligible to register.
• Degree in civil, environmental or chemical engineering.
• 10+ years in consulting with demonstrated leadership in water/wastewater.
• Proven project management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and execution of high-value engineering solutions.
• Coordinate design teams and mentor junior staff.
• Liaise with clients and regulatory agencies.
• Drive sustainable business development and client relationships.
